There are hundreds of saltwater fishing books on the market. Some are very good, packed full of useful information. Others, less so - but you won't find those here.

Here you'll find a select few, which in the opinion of your host, richly deserve a place on your bookshelf.

They've all been thoroughly reviewed and received the accolade as being 'Recommended Reading' for saltwater anglers.

Some will be veritable tomes - 'coffee table' books - for browsing and dreaming about exotic fishing in far-flung places.

Others will be well-written fishing stories to provide solace when you can't get to the water.
